So... this little boy was found in a bag on the road. Thank god the person driving by saw them throw the bag out of the car, saw it moving and stopped and picked him up. Well Q-tip you are safe now.... you will never be hurt again or abused again. He is about 8-9 weeks old and we think a blue heeler mix.
