Bowden was pushed out of the car at a dollar tree by his owner and he sped off and left him there ! He is just a puppy.
He is Bubbly, sweet and affectionate and loves everyone
His leg was broken in the past and did not heal properly so he has a limp that will improve over time. He does not let it that slow him down. It might be possible to reset it to heal better, but we would have to talk to an orthopedic surgeon once he arrives.
