Noel was found in a rural police hold with her 4 puppies and no shelter around. Most dogs do not make it out, but someone reached out to us and we made some magic happen in the 24 hours they would hold them. Noel is a gorgeous 55 lb lab / maybe hound mix and the puppies are as cute as can be. She is HW+ and has started treatment and will complete her treatment when she arrives in PA.
