Meet Thomas. He is from South Carolina and was dropped off at the shelter because he owners couldn't afford his treatment. He is suffering with a hip injury, which will need surgery once he arrives to us. He is 2 years old and weighs 40 pounds. He is scared in the shelter, is good with other dogs and a bit shy but we will evaluate his personality once he decompresses and is out of the shelter.
