Kate is a very sweet and lovable girl. When she came to Red Rock about a year ago she was so afraid of people that she would hide in any crevice she could find, trying to be invisible. Despite her fear, she has never showed any fear aggression towards anyone. Her foster has given her the time and space to come out of her shell and she will now take treats from the fosters hand and will even solicit treats from her foster! Kate LOVES other dogs, as you can see in her video. A home with other dogs is a must as Kate seems to gather courage from the dogs she is around. If you think you can give Kate time to come out of her shell in “Kate” time (which could be several months) and if you think you can help her build her confidence, we promise that you will not be disappointed! She will be worth every little bit of effort! Just look at that happy face at her foster’s home!

Kate has been a part of Red Rock for a year now. Any sponsorship is welcomed to help defray the costs of medical, monthly flea/tick meds, food, etc while Kate patiently waits for her forever person to find her. Kate’s wish list includes treat and toys.
